By downloading, installing, or using the Smile App Launcher app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Smile App Launcher is an iOS application that provides customizable widgets for quick app launching. The App allows users to create and customize widgets with shortcuts to their chosen applications.
You agree to use the App only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
Any content you input into the App, such as app names and custom settings, remains your sole responsibility. We do not claim ownership of your content and have no obligation to monitor or protect your content.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eggvelop Aps and are protected by international trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any part thereof.
We may from time to time provide updates to the App. These updates may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Eggvelop Aps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of EU and Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
