Terms of use
These terms apply when you use eggvelop.com or any app, game, website or service made by Eggvelop ApS (“Eggvelop”, “we”, “us”). Some products have their own terms, for example Smile App Launcher and Podmenti. Where a product has its own terms, they take precedence for that product, and these terms cover anything they don’t.
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Using our products
You may use our products for their intended purpose, in line with the law and these terms. You may not:
- break, overload or try to get around the security or limits of our products;
- access our products or their data with bots, scrapers or other automated means, except through an interface we provide for it;
- cheat in our games or exploit bugs to gain an advantage, or sell accounts, items or progress;
- harass, threaten or abuse other people, or impersonate anyone;
- upload or share anything illegal, malicious or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- use our products to send spam or advertising nobody asked for.
You must be old enough under the law of your country to accept these terms, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Some products set a higher minimum age.
Accounts
If a product has accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time.
Your content
What you create or upload in our products stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it as far as needed to run the product for you, for example to save your work or show your posts to the people you share them with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already received or that we must keep by law.
You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Our content
Our software, games, designs, names, logos and other material belong to Eggvelop or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products as intended. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them, except as far as the law allows you to. Open-source components are covered by their own licenses.
Purchases
Prices are shown before you buy. Payment is handled by our payment providers, and purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play also follow those stores’ terms, including their refund rules.
Credits, virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, unless the product says otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and services that start immediately, you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery, and the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability and changes to our products
We are a small studio, and our products change: features are added, changed or removed, and a product may be paused or shut down. We do our best to keep things running, but we cannot promise that a product will always be available or free of errors. If we shut down a product you have paid for, we tell you in advance where we can, and handle refunds according to the law and the product’s terms.
Liability
Our products are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, and they do not reduce your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Third-party services
Our products may link to or work with services run by others, such as app stores, payment providers and social networks. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Ending
You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. For significant changes we tell you in the product or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the product after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law in the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first, and we will try to sort it out. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, and consumers can also bring a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet, through naevneneshus.dk).
